Other favourites - McGonagall telling Peeves that the chandelier unscrews the other way (that made me squee!). McGonagall - "Have a biscuit, Potter". All the teachers suddenly getting helpless and asking Umbridge to help them get rid of the fireworks. And The Swamp. Definitely the Swamp. And McGonagall giving Peeves her cane, and saying that she would run after Umbridge whooping, but she needs her stick...
McGonagall seems to be a theme, doesn't she? She's my favourite character since OotP. Along with Ginny and Remus.
