Date: 2005-04-10 11:55 pm (UTC)Ah, yes, I do. It was on a certain thread that I first began posting nightmare-story. The thread is located in the message boards of the official Warner Bros. site...have you ever been there? I started posting it there about...ah, I think this month will be the third anniversary. But I'm terrible at math. Must ask others for confirmation.
Well, last fall, the boards went under an "upgrade" that destroyed all the existing threads. As in they cut them off at the last three or so posts that were made. Mine wasn't such a big of a deal as was
Oh, look what you've done, you've got me on the subject of the old boards. Back to the question at hand - I had a thread there, until about a month ago when my thread was apparently deleted. When I clicked on my bookmark, it just said that my thread number "could not be loaded from the database." Upset? A bit, yes. Well, I made a repost thread as quickly as possible, though I'm still bitter about it...I had readers who didn't read anywhere else, and I don't know if they'll ever find the repost thread.
But I still post small updates - a few thousand words - on that thread, until I have enough to make a big chapter update on fanfiction.net.
Link? There's one at the top of my journal, under Floo Fires: http://boards.harrypotter.warnerbros.com/web/thread.jspa?threadID=2000260004 My screenname there is what I had originally, lilymarieevanssp. Points go to you if you can figure out the signifance of the last two letters.
