Passing on a rec - Sex, Love, and Dirty Diapers.  A very well done Lily/James (haha, I typed Lily/Severus automatically) piece.  The author rated it NC-17, but it's not smut.  Or gore.  Just Lily and James, discussing (and doing, but it fades out) sex for the first time since they had a baby.
